A Free Professional Development Program for Performing Artists.
Survival Guide demystifies the process of creating a sustainable creative practice and nurtures empowered and resilient artists to embed good mental health practices early in their career. Inner West Council is funding the 2021 program which engages with leading artists to help guide participants through varied topics, including grant writing, tax, creating contacts and how to secure a mentor. Survival Guide is free and committed to inclusive practise, and therefore welcomes artists from different performance disciplines and diverse identities.
